A West Hollywood Photographer was awarded $7.25 Million in a negligence lawsuit against against Accountable Health Care IPA.
The suit alleges that the photographer was unable to get a surgery in a timely manner and that he developed complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), a chronic pain which you do not want.
Apparently, CRPS and other permanent injuries may not have developed if the delays in treatment had not occurred.
According to Patch, the photographer suffered financially because he could no longer grip a camera for use in his profession, as per the suit.
His wrist was initially broken by a skateboard fall.
